Shamanic dance was used as a form of healing thousands of years ago among our ancestors. The dance is a moving meditation where you connect with the spirit within. The dance is deeply transformational as you dance with intention. In the dance you wear a bandana over your eyes, which alters your perceptions and helps you see from the inside out. There are no steps to learn. You just allow spirit to move your body and share it’s wisdom with you. It is a dancing journey. Shamanic dance is not advised for those who have severe heart problems or seizures.
